2 General purposes of processing
We use personal data
a) for the purpose of operating the website, collected by the hosting provider and
b) for managing the licensees for the program MatheAss.
3 What data do we use and why?
3.1 Access data
Our hosting provider collects the usual information about You when You use this website.
Access data includes:
Name and URL of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval (HTTP response code), browser type and browser version, operating system, referer URL (ie the previously visited page), user's Internet service provider, IP address and the requesting provider
These log data are collected unassigned to You and are used for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of our website, the anonymous recording of the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the extent and nature of the use of our website, This is our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 p. 1 f) GDPR.
3.2 Customer data
To fulfill our contractual obligations, we process the following personal data:
Title, name, address, e-mail address and the version number of the licensed version of MatheAss or invoice number and invoice date for orders. The collection of this data is required for the conclusion of the contract.
If no license agreement is concluded, the data will be deleted after 60 days. Otherwise, the data will be retained and used to prove the update authorization. In addition, they will be used by us to inform You about improvements or updates of the program MatheAss. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR.
4 Who is the recipient of the data?
Regular internal recipients of personal data are those responsible for the respective contracts. They are obliged to observe data protection and confidentiality.
Where appropriate, auditors and regulators may have access to Your information as part of their statutory audit obligations. These are legally bound to secrecy.
5 Rights of the data subject
Under applicable law, You have various rights to Your personal information. If You would like to assert these rights, please send Your request by e-mail or by post with a clear identification of Your person to the address specified in section 1.
